Kristina Cusick was the first agent that responded to me on a listing I was interested in 8 years ago, when we were trying to find a starter home. She helped us tremendously to get us in a great 1st home. We then used her services to sell that home this past year. We sold within 3 hours on the market then had to navigate the early COVID outbreak to close. Kristina even took “power of attorney” for me at closing because I couldn’t be present.
