She can sweep in and all in the room knows. I love the way she seems to know what you need and appears to be 1 step ahead of the situation. I wish we did not have to leave the area but we found a good friend in Kristina. We trusted her so much we granted her power of attorney for the closing sale. She was spot on with the sale price and we believe our house sold because she knew how to get us into the proper marketplace. Thank you Kristina !
