Kristina was a great help in helping us sell our home. Her excellent knowledge of the BR-metro market helped price our home at a sell-able amount that also benefited us. She kept us up-to-date as each step of the process unfolded and was very involved and determined in resolving questions with the buyer’s offer and conditions of the sale, counteroffers and inspection items.
