When we met with Kristina, we were interested in selling our current house and buying something with a little more space. My husband and I had been to a couple open houses and driven around a lot so we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for.
Kristina definitely listened to what we had to say and within a week had found two houses that we loved. So much that we ended up putting an offer in before our current house had even gone on the market. We ended up closing on our new house only 1 week before closing on the old one. It was such a great experience! I felt Kristina was there with us every step of the way. When I called her, she either always answered, or called back within the hour if she was with another client. She responded to me regardless of the day or time and never made me feel like my questions were silly (which I’m sure they sometimes were).
She was great at communicating with the other realtors and it was obvious she knew the process so well. She was able to negotiate a great deal on our new purchase and got us full asking price on our old house. I would highly recommend Kristina Cusick.
