The living area has a wall of windows that looks out into the beautiful backyard, where that live oak has matured into a stunning focal point.

The area that we labeled as the office was initially designed to be a playroom. Over the years, as the number of children grew, it was used as a 4th bedroom. The only son was the one that got the private bedroom with the private bath and private entrance! Lucky guy!

Mr. Homeowner was passionate about woodworking and built a 14 x28 shop in the backyard with electricity and a bonus 220v outlet.

A great southern home has to have a front porch, and this one has one that is perfect for a couple of rocking chairs to relax in with a glass of sweet tea in the afternoons or a cup of coffee in the morning.
